HED’s Development Specialists Program accepts applications on a rolling basis throughout the year. Applications are reviewed four times each year, following the calendar below.
If your application is incomplete at review time, it will be deferred to a later cycle and may remain active in the HED system for one year. You will be notified when your application is complete and ready for review.
