This partnership is working to increase the economic development of the Mexican states of Aguascalientes and Jalisco through the expansion of trade and investment with the US, empowering students, faculty and small Mexican business entrepreneurs to be more globally competitive. The partners are establishing cooperative exchange programs and effective linkages in collaboration with private, public and non-governmental partners. A major program emphasis is to provide tools to expand the capacity for increasing trade between Mexico and the US and enhancing the understanding of the business environment and culture of both countries.
