This partnership is improving leadership capabilities among highly qualified service providers for person with disabilities in the Mexican state of Jalisco. The partnership is training graduate-level professionals/care providers in rehabilitation, special education, vocational training and job development/placement. The training reflects the philosophy of full inclusion and participation of persons with disabilities into community and workforce settings and includes comprehensive, holistic, family-centered programs.
