HED Partnerships Featured in Inside Higher Ed

Two HED partnerships—one in Guyana and one in Ethiopia—were featured in an Inside Higher Ed story on February 23, 2012 that focused on reversing the "brain drain" from higher education institutions in developing countries. 

The article by Mitch Smith looks at the dynamics of why academics leave their home countries and how higher education partnerships can help to reverse the trend both in the near and long term.
