Subject to the availability of U.S. government funds, HED anticipates making a grant award to one or more U.S. higher education institutions to partner with the University of the West Indies’ Center for Resource Management and Environmental Studies in support of the Energy and Climate Partnership of the Americas’ new Caribbean Climate Change Adaptation Initiative.

In the coming months, HED will issue a Request for Applications (RFAs). The timing of the RFA has not been determined at this time. We invite you to check the HED website often for updates or sign up to receive the latest communications from HED, including all RFA announcements as well as the bimonthly HED newsletter.
