U.S.-Mexico Training, Internships, Exchanges, and Scholarships Initiative (TIES): A Model for Success (2009)

As a collaborative program between the U.S. government and higher education institutions from both the United States and Mexico, the TIES program and its university partnership component foster further understanding by creating strategic alliances that develop solutions to common concerns in such diverse areas as health, environment, education, rule of law, trade, agriculture and energy.

This report reviews seven years of TIES partnerships and their achievements.
