HED Annual Report 2010

The 2010 Annual Report reviews the activities of HED partnerships and their effects on supporting economic growth and social advancement.

During the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010, HED managed 86 partnerships in 30 countries and established 14 new partnerships. These partnerships involved 62 U.S. institutions in 30 states and the District of Columbia. Seventy-three host country institutions participated in HED partnerships during FY 2010.

HED partnerships created 304 examples of institutional strengthening in host countries while 9,974 individuals received training as a result of HED partnerships.
